My favorite Buc-ee’s Billboard
Of all the outdoor boards STANANDLOU has created for Buc-ee’s, this one still remains my favorite. To view some of the other work we have done for Buc-ee’s, go here.

I understand Buc-ee’s loved this board so much they put one up off I-10 near Pensacole with the line, “Only 797 miles to Buc-ee’s. You can hold it.” Here’s the blog comment I found…
“Hey kids only 797 miles to Buc-ees!”
That was my reaction to the billboard I saw outside of Pensacola, Fl. this June when we were driving back from Florida. I couldn’t believe there was a sign three states across announcing its impending presence. Well we, like most Texans, have always seen these signs but we have never stopped at one. On our return trip from Houston we happened to need to pull over for the inevitable bathroom break and lo’ and behold. Buc-Ees!
It was worth the wait. That cute little beaver (I always thought he was a chipmunk) was everywhere. On bags of jerky, bags of kettle corn, jars of pickled jalapenos, jars of guajillo jelly, pecan logs, t-shirts and hats. He was even on the soap dispensers in the bathroom! I didn’t get to see if he was on the toilet paper.
Anyway Buc-Ees had some of the best Kolaches I have ever seen and an array of jerkys in a meat case the likes of which even God has never seen! Beef, Turkey, Elk, Buffalo. My, my. Sure everything is a little pricey but what the hell, when you advertise over three states the can’t miss opportunity of you summer road trip, you can charge whatever the hell you want.
I like Buc-Ees and next time I will come hungry and chow down on some Kolaches, maybe buy me a t-shirt and a divinity log!”

Probably my favorite too.
My first trip to Buc-ee’s was bc of the billboards, now I stop there whenever I have the chance.
