Why? Consumers are bombarded with advertising every hour of every day. So, they aren’t exactly waiting around for your message. In fact, your target audience will likely do almost anything to avoid advertising.
At STANANDLOU, we’ve built our agency on strategically creative advertising that grabs the target audience’s attention at the right time and place, delivers the desired message, and provokes consumer action. And, nothing makes us happier than consumers taking action. Not even the mountains of advertising awards that line our hallways. Our greatest thrill occurs when a client calls to say, "Our sales are up!"

When STANANDLOU Advertising began in 1988, Stan Mays and Lou Congelio had little more than a philosophy: to generate outstanding strategic ideas and brilliant creative executions that lead to positive client results. 18 years later, what may have started out sounding like corporate mumbo jumbo has translated into a full-service advertising agency with over $18 million in annual billings for over 15 blue chip clients.
STANANDLOU Advertising prospered because of our people. We are so much about our people we named the agency after them. Although Stan Mays was offered and accepted a position with one of our largest clients, we didn't quickly re-brand to become SL Advertising or some ambiguous abbreviation. In an industry full of consolidations and monolithic agencies, we chose to maintain the personal touch that sets us apart from other agencies.
Over the years, STANANDLOU has thrived thanks to two constants: the leadership of Lou Congelio and happy clients. And, those two factors will remain the same for many years to come.
