Everyone at STANANDLOU is pumped about the opportunity to launch a relatively unknown food item (in New York) to the toughest consumers in the world — the hungry, fast-paced, denizens of Manhattan’s famed eateries.

We aim to make kolaches and Kolache Mama household words in NYC. Not like a sink or a dining room table or something…more like a good thing.   -Lou

Kolache Mama bakes fresh everyday offering 25 different Kolaches from the traditional fruit and cream cheese Kolaches to the non-traditional fillings such as bacon, egg, and cheese, pepperoni and mushroom, chorizo and egg, cheese steak, and margarita, to suit all the consumers’ palates and desires.

To provide PERFECT and HEALTHY products that can be eaten for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, or  anytime as a snack for people of all ages from the very young to seniors.

Kolache Mama is proud to certify that a donation will be made from the sale of each and every Kolache to CITY HARVEST to help in aiding those in need of a decent meal each and everyday.
