I first met Tod Noel and store general manager, Kristen Jones, back in 2005 when Tod and Kristen were looking for a new agency. As a test, they gave us a hypothetical situation where we were to prepare a Labor Day promotion for the store. By the time we were done presenting our concept, Tod and Kristen knew they were onto something pretty special. And so did we!
